We reserve the right at our discretion to modify, add, or remove features of our Service as deemed necessary to best serve our customers’ interests. This does not affect the core functionality of our service, which is to provide a curated list of books for flipping on amazon.com.

Non-Affiliation with Amazon and Airtable

Master Book Flippers is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. We are not responsible for any changes Amazon.com or Airtable may make to their services that may affect the use of our software. Users assume all risks associated with such external changes.

Use of Service

You agree not to use, copy, change, or distribute the services and content provided by Master Book Flippers. Additionally, you are prohibited from accessing or damaging their network or servers, or interfering with their services to other users. Any violation of these terms may result in refusal of Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Free Trial, Cancellation of Services and Refunds

Individuals, households and companies or organizations are entitled to a total of one 14-day free trial, regardless of which plan is selected, in any 180-day period and no more than once per calendar year. You will not be billed during your free trial and you may cancel your subscription anytime during the trial to avoid being billed. All subscription cancellation requests must be done by logging into your Master Book Flippers Account and they must be done BEFORE the “Billing Starts On” date; the “Billing Starts On” date is based upon Eastern Standard Time. You will be billed month-to-month and may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on any subscription charges or one-time product purchases (e.g., highly restricted ASIN list tool, online classes, etc.).

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
